Warranty

We undertake the responsibility to provide warranty for all products sold except special ones.

The products sold on our website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.

Any product sent for service must be accompanied by the original packaging, all supplied accessories and a copy of the warranty certificate and/or a copy of the invoice. On the back of the copy of the warranty certificate, the customer's contact details (surname, first name, address and telephone number) will be mentioned, as well as the reason for sending the product for service.

The guarantee is granted exclusively to purchased products that meet the conditions for entry into service, the company not being responsible to third parties who purchased products sold through other distributors.

The settlement period of a guarantee can vary between 1 and 15 working days.
In case of an unfounded warranty claim, the customer is obliged to pay a fee of 10 euros/hour for the time spent consulting the product in service, as well as round-trip transport fees. Products sent for service that do not present an actual defect, those that do not meet the warranty conditions, and products that are not covered by the warranty, may be considered as unfounded warranty claims.

The technical department will carry out the service operations within a maximum of 15 working days from the receipt of the products.

If, for various reasons, the problems of the defective product(s) cannot be resolved within a period of 30 calendar days, the beneficiary has the right to request a refund or the replacement of the defective products with others.

If the product cannot be replaced with an identical one, it will be replaced with a product as close as possible to the defective one.

If the owner does not claim the product within 60 calendar days of handing it over for warranty/service, we reserve the right to use the product for scrapping, recycling or recovery to cover handling and storage costs.

We reserve the right to request the price difference if the beneficiary requests to exchange the products with others from a different price category.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept products for service if they are in one or more of the following cases:
- Failure to present the warranty certificate for various reasons (loss, alienation, etc.);
- Presentation of the product upon entry into service without being accompanied by a document specifying the claimed defect and the beneficiary's contact details;
- Missing one of the accessories with which the product was delivered;
- Damage or lack of product labels or seals;
- The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons;
- The product has been damaged due to improper handling.
Exceptions that are not covered by the warranty:
- The company has no obligation to repair, reinstall or restore the pre-installed software and programs;
- Various consumable parts of the products (eg: laptop batteries, printer ovens, printer cylinders, printer developer, printer toner, bonus cables and peripherals, etc.);
- Products that have been damaged or modified intentionally or due to the beneficiary's inattention (burnt chips, processors with missing or bent pins, cuts in the wiring, broken CDs inside the optical drive, missing integrated parts of the products, etc.);
- Products damaged as a result of natural calamities or accidents (fires, oversupply, floods, explosions, landslides, etc.);
- Products that have suffered software damage due to user negligence (unlicensed programs, viruses, non-functional programs, etc.);
- Video cards used for cryptocurrency mining (video cards used for any type of mining lose their warranty).
