Shipping Information

We offer shipping throughout Europe within 2-7 working days of order confirmation, regardless of distance. We currently collaborate with fast courier companies such as GLS and Fan Curier.

The available transport types are:

FREE - if the value of the order exceeds 200 euros.

SUPPORTED BY THE CUSTOMER - if the order does not exceed 200 euros or if you purchase products from the categories IT Packages or "Special" products. The cost of transport in this case is 25 lei .

The shipping cost for products sent under warranty will be borne by the Customer upon shipment and by ComputerShop upon return .

For the return of grade B products, round-trip courier fees are paid, in the amount of 25+25 lei.

NOTE: If a package is refused without a well-founded reason and accepted by mutual agreement, the cost of round-trip transport will be borne by the customer ( 50 lei ).

The procedure for receiving the goods

There are situations where, due to improper transport, courier or incorrect handling, the ordered product may suffer damage.

In this case, the package is considered NON-CONFORMING .

What does NON-CONFORMING package mean:

• The box shows traces of hits (although it returns to its original shape slightly, the hit remains visible).
• The box shows traces of moisture.
• The cardboard is torn or crushed.
• The seal is cut or opened (especially in the case of bonuses).

Reception procedure for customers:

Upon receipt of the goods, you have the obligation to check the integrity of the parcels in the presence of the courier or carrier.

Courier (FAN, GLS, SAMEDAY):

For any irregularity observed, follow these steps:

• Notify EnderPC in the presence of the courier.
• Refuse the package (state the reason for refusal on the AWB).
• Mark on AWB - DAMAGED PARCEL .
• Check before signing the AWB that the number of parcels mentioned is EQUAL to the one physically received.
• Any missing parcel must be noted on the receiving AWB.

ATTENTION: Any notification or mention must be made on both the courier's copy and your copy. Otherwise, the notification will NOT be considered valid.
