SC INTERLINK GROUP SRL, hereinafter referred to as "EnderPC", registered with the Trade Register under the number J40/2422/1997 and having the Unique Registration Code RO9320017, is the company that manages the website www.enderpc.com and the EnderPC store.

Use of this site implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions displayed below, regardless of the buyer's status (individual, legal entity, firm, company or other legal entity placing an order through the site). EnderPC reserves the right to modify these provisions in accordance with legislative changes or the evolution of the company and its suppliers without prior notice.

1. Copyright

The entire content of www.enderpc.com (images, text, web graphics, scripts and other data) is the property of EnderPC and its suppliers. This content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Use of any items without the written consent of EnderPC is punishable by applicable laws. 2. Access to information and confidentiality

EnderPC permits the use of the site by any purchaser solely for personal use. Downloading, copying or use of copyrighted material without the written consent of the company is prohibited under applicable laws.

Buyers' personal data is recorded in the site's database and is used strictly for order processing, delivery and/or marketing studies within EnderPC. The company undertakes not to sell, transfer or make public this data, except when the competent authorities request it for justified purposes.

Personal data may be used by EnderPC to send you promotional materials or special information electronically. You have the possibility to unsubscribe at any time from receiving these materials with a simple click.

3. Limitation of Liability for Products and Services

a. Product description and availability

EnderPC reserves the right to manage product descriptions and images displayed on www.enderpc.com . Descriptions can sometimes be incomplete due to lack of information provided by the manufacturer or supplier. All product descriptions are based on the manufacturer's specifications and/or the company's internal checks.

The displayed images may be informative for certain products. We reserve the right to change the technical specifications and product images displayed on the website without prior notice. EnderPC does not guarantee stock availability of all displayed products. For details on stock and product availability, please contact us via the Contact section.

b. Services provided by EnderPC

EnderPC is not responsible for any product defects caused by shipping. Checking the status of products sent by courier companies is done only in the presence of the courier. All services provided by EnderPC are directed exclusively to purchasers and are provided pursuant to an order, invoice and/or warranty. These services cannot be transferred to other persons, the buyer being directly responsible for the product received and assuming all risks of its intentional damage.

Any inconsistency regarding the ordered product can be resolved within a maximum of 14 days from its receipt. After this term, no more requests on this topic will be accepted. We reserve the right to select the courier companies through which we deliver the products, in accordance with the concluded contracts. The products can also be sent by other courier companies, established by mutual agreement of both parties (Buyer - Seller).

The transport costs related to the guarantees will be fully borne by EnderPC (round-trip) only if a product arrives at its destination with problems and returns to the company within a maximum of 3 calendar days. If shipping is paid for by EnderPC, the customer must send the product via the courier companies Nemo Express, GLS or DPD Dynamic Parcel Distribution.

c. Product warranty and service

EnderPC offers a 12-month warranty on products displayed on the site, except for those not covered by warranty. If a defect is found, the customer must notify the company to mutually agree on delivery terms, service time and shipping costs.

The service is provided, according to the legal provisions, for products with defects not intentionally caused by the owner or that have not suffered damage due to natural calamities or accidents, based on the warranty certificate or the invoice.

We do not service products intentionally damaged (hit, burned, wet, cut, broken, etc.) or damaged due to natural calamities or accidents (fires, floods, explosions, etc.), nor those with software problems caused by user negligence (unlicensed programs , viruses, etc.). d. Delivery terms and conditions

Before sending a product under warranty, the customer is obliged to contact the company by phone to establish the terms and conditions of delivery. Products sent for service must be accompanied by a copy of the warranty certificate and/or invoice. Shipping costs for sending the product to the company will be borne by the customer, with EnderPC bearing the return costs only if the product defect is genuine and within the terms of the warranty.

e. Voucher codes and promotions

EnderPC does not allow the cumulative use of vouchers, regardless of their type or value. The gift voucher received following a transaction can be used for a single order, covering a maximum of 50% of its value. The difference in payment will be borne by the customer. Loyalty vouchers can be used with each order, but cannot be combined with other active promotions. Vouchers cannot be transferred, converted into money or other goods/services.

f. Loans

Credits represent 5% of the value of an order and are accumulated in the customer's account, and can be used for full or partial payment of other orders. Credits cannot be transferred, converted into money or other services. They can be used exclusively for online orders on the website www.enderpc.com . If not used within 6 months, the credits expire and cannot be used again.

4. Limitation of Price Obligations

All prices shown on the website include VAT (19%). Shipping is not included unless the product is part of a special promotion. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that set at the time of order confirmation or that displayed on the website in the case of online orders. EnderPC reserves the right to set a minimum order price and to change the prices of products and promotions without prior notice.

5. Terms and terms of payment

Payment for orders can be made in advance or upon delivery of the products (reimbursement), according to the concluded contracts. EnderPC reserves the right to require prepayment of an order.

Advance payment can be made by money order or credit card online, and proof of payment must be sent to EnderPC at the e-mail address [email protected] . Delivery will be made after confirmation of the bank transfer to the EnderPC account, either by the customer or by the electronic payment provider. In the case of advance payment, the products must be paid for in full to initiate delivery.

The minimum order for online card payment is 10 lei, and for cash on delivery or PO payment is 100 lei.

6. Responsibilities Regarding User Comments and Reviews

Users visiting the EnderPC website can leave comments and/or reviews about the products sold, which will be published on the website after the approval of the technical team.
We reserve the right not to publish comments that contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing on the intellectual property rights or privacy of others, or that promote various campaigns, contain viruses, chain letters, mass emails or other forms of spam.

EnderPC will not be responsible or liable for any damages caused by the publication of such texts.
The user guarantees that he owns all rights to the content submitted for publication on the site and is directly responsible for the published texts.

7. External Links, Server and Browser Responsibilities

The website www.enderpc.com is hosted by the servers of a third party. EnderPC is not responsible for errors occurring on the site due to the server that hosts it or the different types of browsers used to navigate the site.
EnderPC is not responsible for any errors, damage, loss of data, content or nature of external sites accessed through enderpc.com .

8. Right to cancel order and return products

Any buyer has the right to notify EnderPC in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 60 working days of receiving the product (14 days according to OG 34/2014 art. 9) or, in the case services, from the conclusion of the contract. Returning the product within this period is done by completing the return request.

In this case, the consumer bears only the direct costs related to the return of the products, unless the supplier agrees to bear these costs.

The consumer is responsible for diminishing the value of the product resulting from its handling, characteristics and operation of the product.

This right cannot be invoked for products for which a trial or software installation (licensed programs) was carried out and which were picked up directly from our premises.

9. Licensing, Downloads and ISO Standards Obligations

a. Operating System Licenses

All laptops and computers sold by EnderPC through the enderpc.com website come with no software installed, except for products that specifically state that they have pre-installed operating systems.
The customer can purchase a license for an operating system only together with a laptop or computer displayed on the Interlik website.
The license is valid for one computer or laptop and is not transferable. Multiple licenses cannot be purchased together with a single computer or laptop.

b. Downloading drivers from www.enderpc.com

Drivers for most products sold by EnderPC through enderpc.com can be found in the Drivers section of the website's home page. They are downloaded for free from the manufacturer's page and only provide the right to install on the purchased product, for the operation of the various components/accessories. You have no legal rights to the driver products, they are not sold, modified, distributed abusively or used for any other purpose than intended.
For products whose drivers are not found on www.enderpc.com , they can be downloaded for free from the manufacturer's website.

EnderPC does not undertake to install the drivers and is not responsible for the incorrect installation of drivers downloaded from www.enderpc.com or other external websites, including those of manufacturers.

c. Provisions regarding ISO standards

According to the laws in force, monitor products LCD (TFT) and other TFT screen devices are manufactured to ISO14602-Class II. This standard allows a minimum of 3 dead pixels to exist on delivery. All products of this type are not considered defective as stated above.

10. Refurbished products and special products

a. Refurbished products

Refurbished products are products that have been refurbished and put back on sale. They come from stock liquidations and/or operating leases.

Refurbished products may lack accessories such as installation CDs, manuals, data cables and other accessories from the standard packages.

b. Special products

Special products do not have defects like those of Grade B type, but they can be: untested, no shipping included, no warranty, available only for pickup from the company's headquarters or products whose consumables are missing.
Special products may have one or more of the aforementioned features and are clearly displayed in the product title or description. Thus, the buyer is informed that the product is special and will know its characteristics before the purchase.

11. Information on WEEE (Ecotax/environmental recycling tax) Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) may contain hazardous substances that have a negative impact on the environment and human health if not collected separately. According to GEO 195/2005 on environmental protection and GEO 5/2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment, customers must not dispose of WEEE as unsorted municipal waste and collect it separately.

Order no. 1503/2017 issued by the Ministry of the Environment modifies and completes the methodology for calculating taxes and contributions to the Environmental Fund, introducing from January 1, 2018 GEO 5/2015, art. 34, which defines the Ecotax® tax.

Ecotax® does not apply to components or elements of an equipment (electrical or electronic components that are part of electrical or electronic circuits, plugs, sockets, terminal blocks, etc.), but only to a complete equipment (computer, laptop, AIO system, UPS, printer, etc.). This fee is a guarantee of recycling and includes the costs of collection, treatment and clean disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment.

NOTE!

Under current regulations, EnderPC is absolved of any fault with regard to problems, defects or features of special and Grade B products, as the buyer is informed of them before purchase. By purchasing these products, the customer accepts the terms and conditions imposed.
